We cover all the aspects of YOGA, like Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, Bandas etc.

Timings for general and special classes have arranged to help various sections of people like factory employees, government officials, house wives, working women and colleges students.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN OUR SCHOOL OF YOGA ARE AS BELOW:

* Separate DRESSING ROOM, TOILETS, for gents and ladies.
* Special classes for both men and women are conducted by WELL TRAINED AND WELL KNOWN WORLD YOGA EXPERT Sri.N. SHESHAGIRI.
* Periodic Classes will be arranged on food and nature care.
* Classes are conducted ON ALL THE DAYS including Sundays.
* Teaching will be done on the BASIS OF AGE ABILITY AND PROBLEMS.
* Yoga will be taught in three commonly used languages namely ENGLISH, KANNADA, and HINDI.
* Admissions are open on all the days
* Available yoga classes at home - ​fee is Rs 60,000 /- per month 4 classes per week
