General Class
This is mainly conducted to help our students to maintain General health. In these classes we cover all the aspects of YOGA, like Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, Bandas etc. We have four batches in a day for General Class.

Morning Class
1st BATCH 5.30 am to 6.30 am
2nd BATCH 6.30 am to 7.30 am
3rd BATCH 7.30 am to 8.30 am

Evening Class
1st BATCH 5:15 p.m to 6:15 p.m

Special Class
This is particularly conducted to give individual attention to our students who are suffering from some particular disorders and thereby helping them to get rid of these problems in the right manner without any side effects. We are happy to inform you that WE CAN COMPLTELY CURE chronic diseases like BRONCHITIS, MIGRANE, SPONDYLITIS, BACKACHE, MENSTRUAL DISORDERS, GASTRIC,ULCER, HYPER ACIDITY, LOW B.P, SCIATICA, INSOMNIA (SLEEPNESS), CONSTIPATION, HEADACHE, OBESITY (OVER WEIGHT), SKIN DISEASES, HAIR FALLING and also types of MENTAL DEPRESSION.

We also teach you Yogic exercises for controlling incurable chronic diseases like ASTHAMA, DIABETES, HIGH B.P, RHEUMATISM, ELEPHANTIASIS, VARICOSE VEINS etc.
